If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of the order being shipped. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed & unaltered) with the tags attached. Once received and evaluated in our warehouse, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To generate your free return label, click the return button below this message. You will be taken to our returns portal where you can enter the order number found in your confirmation email to start the returns process. Please select the items you are returning, specify the reason for your return and print your return label.
Package the items you are returning in our reusable packaging. Attach the provided return label to the outside of the package over the original label. There is no cost to use this label. Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 10-14 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.
Please do not ship us any returns via any other method. This will ensure your return is confirmed to arrive back at our facility.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This is the best way to ensure your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return for your original item, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
